Kayleigh Burke, 17, suffered crippling pains and went to Rochdale Infirmary thinking she was in labour.
But her family say doctors diagnosed a urine infection and sent her home with antibiotics.
Relatives made a series of frantic phone calls explaining the pain was worse and that Kayleigh, from Turf Hill, Rochdale, had started to be sick. But they say medical staff told them there was nothing they could do.
Kayleigh's condition got worse and when she was rushed back to hospital the next day her baby had died.
Doctors in the A&E department battled for almost five hours to save Kayleigh but her heart failed.
